Итальянские роботы-электромобили завершили своё путешествие длиной 13 000 км
Еще в июле автокараван Европейского исследовательского совета отправился в своё путешествие из Италии в Китай через пустыню Гоби. Ничего сложного, если бы в автопробеге не участвовало две пары роботов-электромобилей. Экспедиция благополучно подошла к концу, и если не считать нескольких вмешательств со стороны человека для обработки трафика и оплаты дорожных сборов, можно смело сказать, что роботы добрались до Китая самостоятельно.
Фургоны перемещались на максимальной скорости 60 км/ч попарно: как только садились аккумуляторы у одной пары, эстафету перенимали две другие машины.
